Alex Dilling launched his eponymous restaurant in the iconic Hotel Cafe Royal overlooking Regent Street in London in September 2022. Less than 6 months later Alexs self-titled restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars (which he has retained since).This package is your opportunity for you and a guest to enjoy the sumptuous and relaxed setting of Alex Dilling at Hotel Cafe Royal.

You'll receive a welcome drink and partake in a three-course menu, bespoke to this package. Alexs cuisine quintessentially draws inspiration from French classics using only the finest ingredients available and influenced by his experiences in some of the worlds best kitchens.

To complete your experience, you and your guest will receive a behind the scenes tour of this two Michelin starred kitchen. Alex Dilling is one of the worlds most renowned chefs. During his career he has worked alongside and under some of the greatest chefs including Alain Ducasse at Adour in New York and Helene Darroze in London and Paris. This is the perfect package to get an insight into and enjoy one of London's most sought-after restaurants.

Available to book for dinner Tuesday to Thursday and lunch on Saturday. Subject to availability. Excludes December. Friday and Saturday dinner available for a supplement, subject to availability.

Package includes service on food. All drinks, additional dishes and service on these to be paid directly to the restaurant at the time of experience. Additional guests may be added for a per head supplement.
