Thrive is a horticultural charity that helps with physical and mental health through gardening. Thrive joined forces with H Properties, the owner and asset manager of the Walkie Talkie building in Fenchurch Street, to raise awareness of using plants and nature to restore health.

Thrive supports hundreds of people living in London at four fantastic gardens in Battersea Park, using an approach called social therapeutic horticulture (STH). Trained horticultural therapists work with plants and gardens to improve an individual’s physical, psychological health, communication and thinking skills.

The partnership will see the Thrive story unfold on a series of display panels at the Sky Garden and the installation of several donation stations. There are also plans to involve client gardeners carrying out tasks within the gardens.
