Private Cookery Experience With Jean-Christophe Novelli & Overnight Stay At Hotel for Two

You will arrive at Jean-Christophe’s home between 10.30 and 11.00 to join your exclusive group and have light refreshments. Your Masterclass will start at 11.00 when you will be joined by the charismatic Jean-Christophe and his expert team for interactive demonstrations, tasting and hands-on sessions.

Throughout the day you will learn Jean-Christophe’s expert techniques and culinary secrets, and the hands-on time will usually include a selection from the following:

• Intensive knife skills and dexterity work
• Bread/pizza or pasta making
• Fileting and/or boning
• French cookery terms
• Caramel work (including Jean-Christophe’s world-famous caramel springs
• Engaging spice workshop, or other exciting activities chosen by Jean-Christophe.

Finally, you will sit down to a late three-course lunch with wines or soft drinks and a chance to chat informally and ask any burning questions. Also included in this experience is a night’s stay at The Luton Hoo Hotel, so you can fully enjoy the day without worrying about getting home. Valid for 12 months.

Minimum age 18. Courses are on selected dates and usually Saturdays.
The experience is available seven days a week, throughout the year, Exclusions may apply. We recommend you book at least six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
