Private Dining For 40 People At Quaglino’s Prince Of Wales Room
There are few venues in London as iconic as Quaglino’s. First founded in 1929 by the legendary restauranteur, Giovanni Qauglino, it is one of Mayfair’s most glamourous and sought-after venues. It’s played host to Hollywood legends, political elite and royalty throughout the years, including being the first public restaurant ever visited by a reigning monarch when the Queen and Prince Philip came for dinner in 1956.
This package is your chance to create your own Quaglino’s legend. You and up to 39 will be greeted with a complimentary glass of bubbles before taking your seats in the Prince of Wales room, named after the Prince of Wales (later, briefly, Edward VIII) who took a liking to the venue and dined there.
You’ll enjoy a three-course meal from a bespoke menu put together by Head chef Jack Smith, formerly of Michelin Starred 1 Lombard St and Coq D’Argent. Jack has drawn in swathes of visitors who seek to taste his modern European dishes served with an essential touch of theatricality.
The private dining room, like the restaurant, have beautiful art deco touches that allude to the bygone era when Quaglino’s was born. The private dining rooms offer chic interiors with flexible table arrangements and are completely self-contained. Set on the mezzanine level, the room allows guests to enjoy the live music, yet also offer total seclusion.
If you’re after class and glamour with a fun environment and world class food, then you will find very few that do it as well as Quaglino’s.
