Under the guidance of a rum specialist, you’ll not only discover the origins and history of rum, but you’ll be treated to insights into the distilling and aging process. Enjoy six tastings from a range of interesting rums from various categories from the likes of Golden, Aged, Spiced and flavoured etc. Tasting notes of each will be explained, allowing you to fully appreciate the subtleties from each of the tastings.
Tastings are complemented with some tasty nibbles and a meal of your choice from the Academy Menu. To finish, witness the making of a rum cocktail ‘Dark and Stormy’. Available on Saturdays only.
